FULL-SERVICE WEDDING FLORALS
On your wedding day, the only finger you should be lifting is the fourth one on your left hand.
To ensure that's the way it goes, we are dedicated to handling every single detail along the way, including: helping you finalise your creative vision, sourcing the florals, custom designing all the pieces, white-glove delivery, installation, and post-event breakdown, coordinating with your planner or venue for a stress-free event.

OUR APPROACH
Each design is created to feel like a natural extension of your day, sitting comfortably within the space and working in harmony with the wider aesthetic.
Alongside the design, I place equal importance on how the flowers are created, working foam-free, sourcing locally where possible, and minimising waste throughout..
I also value the longevity of your floral investment, thoughtfully considering how designs can be repurposed, gifted or preserved so their story can continue beyond the day itself.
6-18 months pre-wedding
initial consultation
The best time to reach out to your florist is once you have your venue and date locked in. This allows us to check availability and start planning your florals in the context of your location, season, and overall wedding style.
At this stage, we’ll:
- Schedule an initial call or meeting
- Talk through your wedding vibe, must-haves, and general ideas
- Discuss your guest count, budget range, and floral priorities
- Chat about your wedding team (planner, stylist, photographer, etc.)
- Once you decide you are happy with the plan, we’ll get you booked in with a 30% deposit. This secures the date in our calendar.
You don’t need to know flower names, or the exact design you want, just bring inspiration and an open mind. We’ll ask the right questions to guide you through it all.
3 months pre-wedding
design check-in & final details
As the big day gets closer, we’ll reconnect to:
- Confirm any styling updates, guest list changes, or new ideas.
- Refine your floral pieces and quantities
- Finalise colour palettes, logistics, and any hire elements
- Touch base with your planner or stylist to align on details
- We will also send though a check list for you to complete, this asks you for details about alternate contacts on the day, delivery addresses for personal florals, contacts for other vendors. All the information that helps the day run smoothly.
This is also the perfect time to discuss any changes to repurposing florals, table layouts, or how your flowers can evolve throughout the day.
4 weeks pre-wedding
the final plan
At this point, everything is coming together. You’ll receive a final floral plan including updated design notes and delivery/setup timing. We’ll also:
- Confirm flower availability (seasonal blooms are selected just before ordering)
- Confirm delivery addresses and bump-in/bump-out times
- Your final invoice will be due.
All that’s left for you to do? Get excited!
Wedding week
flower magic in motion
During wedding week, we:
- Pick up and prep flowers from local farms and suppliers
- Condition, arrange, and design every piece with care, often over multiple days
- Coordinate any last minute setup timings with your venue and planner
We’ll transport and install your wedding flowers on-site, whether it’s a lush ceremony arch, cascading table runners, or elegant bouquets for your crew.
You’ve done the planning, now it’s time to celebrate! We’ll deliver bouquets to the bridal party, ensure everything is styled to perfection, and quietly pack down at the end (if needed).
All you need to do is take it all in and enjoy every beautiful moment.
